With hyperbolic speeding sound
She left without a curse
With future’s uncertain and can’t be found
She hid it in her purse

And no one checked or even looked
Like a flash she was gone
The stone of destiny has now been hidden
Just how now shall we carry on?

It loses power without the scepter
Everyday it’s gone humanity gets bleaker
To rely on the stone for so many years
Without it we all grow weaker

What if collectively we all pray
And say, “my God now can you hear me?”
He answers back “I hear you my children
Acknowledge now that you fear me”

We all nod yes and every ruin
It’s all brand new and disappears
Some things are more powerful than a stone
Just bow your head and say your prayers
